Mullen’s Class 1 and Class 3 commercial vehicles have received certifications from both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and CARB. They are also fully compliant with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. The ACF regulation mandates that 50% of vehicle purchases by state and local government fleets be zero-emission by 2024, increasing to 100% by 2027.

California’s HVIP Project: An Example

California’s Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) is one such state incentive program available to CARB-certified vehicles. Under HVIP, the Mullen THREE EV truck, with a suggested MSRP of $68,500.00, may qualify for a rebate of up to $45,000.00.
